Privacy
Nashville AI Events is a free community calendar. This page says what we collect and what we do with it. The short version: we keep your email address only if you ask us to, we use it only for what you asked for, and we never sell or share it.
When you sign up for the Monday email or an alert for one event, we store your address and what you asked for (the Monday email, a date alert, or a reminder for a named event) with Resend, the service that sends our email. We use it to send exactly that. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe; you can also write to events@nashvilleaievents.com and we will take you off the same day.
We do not sell, rent, or share your address, and we do not add it to anyone else's list.
Listing an event
The contact email on the submission form is used only for questions about that listing and is never published. If you tick the Monday email box on that form, you are added to the Monday email the same way as any other signup.
Adding an event to your calendar
The "Add to Google Calendar" links on this site list calendar@nashvilleaievents.com as a guest. When you save the event, Google asks whether to send invitations to guests. If you choose to send, the invitation reaches our inbox and shows your email address; if you choose not to, or remove the guest before saving, we receive nothing. The .ics downloads send nothing.
Analytics
We count page views and a few clicks (signups, calendar adds, links to organizer pages) with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and reports only totals. We use it to see which pages are useful.
